There is a pay it forward opportunity when you book any course with me.
The extra money you pay, combined with what I contribute, will help to supplement people who are on the lower end of household income.
I invite you to think of this price as an opportunity to join this group AND help support your fellow community while you are at it!
This will mean a greater number of people can have access to any of the courses, and benefit from the work I do, where their finances would otherwise be a barrier for them to join.

All courses are a group coaching session, and will be held via zoom.
You are not required to have your audio or camera on during the session.
This is a safe space for you, and I will encourage all members of the group to participate in the group chat during the session.
When you book, you will receive a pre-course question sheet that will allow me to tailor the course closer to member’s needs.
As these are practical courses, I recommend that you have a pen and paper to hand during the course. Please also keep hydrated during the session.
